Booking Policy Thank you for choosing She's Ambitious Beauty Bar LLC. To ensure the best experience for every client, please review our booking policies before scheduling your appointment. 1. Appointments All appointments must be booked in advance through our official booking system. Same-day appointments are not guaranteed and are available only when approved. 2. Required Forms All intake and consent forms must be completed at least 24 hours before your appointment. Failure to complete required forms may result in cancellation or rescheduling. 3. Appointment Confirmation Appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. A confirmation message will be sent prior to your appointment. Failure to confirm may result in automatic cancellation. 4. Deposits A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward your total service cost. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. 5. Late Arrival Policy Please arrive on time for your appointment. A 10–15 minute grace period may be allowed. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service. Excessive lateness may require cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit. 6. Cancellations We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may result in: Loss of deposit A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service 7. No-Show Policy Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service amount. Future bookings may require full payment in advance. 8. Rescheduling Appointments may be rescheduled once while retaining the original deposit if requested at least 24 hours before the appointment. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be treated as a cancellation. 9. Client Preparation For the best service experience, please: Arrive with a clean face free of makeup when possible. Avoid waxing 24–48 hours before facial treatments. Inform us of any allergies, medications, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect treatment. 10. Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing environment for all clients, no extra guests or children are permitted unless they are receiving a service. 11. Payments The remaining balance is due immediately following your service. Accepted payment methods include: Cash Debit/Credit Cards Digital Payments 12.
